1. Who we are

Contents AIdol (“we”, “us”) provides a creator workspace for planning, editing, rendering, and managing short-form content. The product is operated from contentaidol.com and app.contentaidol.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, authentication timestamps, and password/session material managed by our auth provider.
• Workspace data: workspaces, memberships, brand settings, projects, scripts, captions, timelines, and review decisions you create.
• Media you upload: photos, video, audio, filenames, technical media facts (type, size, duration, dimensions), and related rights attestations.
• Usage and billing: plan status, subscription identifiers, payment status from our payment processor, and aggregated usage/cost accounting needed for caps and receipts.
• Technical logs: bounded request identifiers, error codes, and security signals needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Why we use data

• Create and secure your account and workspaces
• Provide editing, rendering, export, and product features you request
• Process Pro subscriptions and invoices through Stripe
• Provide support, account deletion, and data export
• Prevent abuse, debug failures, and maintain service integrity
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

4. Processors and subprocessors

We use specialized processors under contract:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and private object storage
• Vercel — hosting the website and web application
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Resend / email delivery — transactional auth and product email when configured
• Infrastructure workers — private media validation and render workers that process your media under our control

Optional AI or social providers (for example voice, video generation, or publishing networks) are used only when you enable them and we have configured that integration. Those providers receive only the data required for the action you approve.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies/session storage for authentication and security. The public marketing site does not use advertising trackers. The web app may store local preferences such as the selected workspace on your device.

6. Retention

• Account and workspace content is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.
• Render outputs and automation evidence may expire under product retention rules and bounded cleanup jobs.
• Billing and accounting evidence may be retained as required for tax, fraud prevention, and dispute handling, including after workspace detachment of ordinary identifiers.
• After account deletion completes, content is removed or detached according to the deletion controls described in Settings and on our account deletion page.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access or export your account/workspace data from Settings
• Correct account profile information
• Delete your account after the safety hold
• Cancel a Pro subscription via the billing portal
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law allows

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access-controlled databases, private media storage, role-based workspace isolation, and server-side secrets for workers and payments. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to [email protected].

9. International transfers

Our processors may process data in the United States, Asia-Pacific, or other regions where they operate. By using Contents AIdol you understand that processing may occur outside your home country with safeguards appropriate to the processor relationship.

10. Children

Contents AIdol is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
