- You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher.
- Workspace owners are responsible for members they invite and for billing tied to their workspace.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently USD $50 per month unless otherwise displayed).
- There is no free tier, free trial, or prepaid credit wallet.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time through the billing portal in Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Abuse rate limits, scrape the service, or bypass security controls
- Use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, hateful, exploitative, or deceptive content
- Misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required by platform rules or law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
6. Your content and licenses
- You retain ownership of content you upload or create in your workspace.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcode, render, back up, and display that content solely to provide the service you request.
- You represent you have the rights needed for media, brands, music, voices, and other materials you submit.
- Product software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property.
7. AI and third-party platforms
When AI or social integrations are enabled, outputs and platform results can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. Third-party platforms have their own terms; we are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, or account enforcement.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, limits, or these terms with notice by updating this page. Material billing changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR CREATIVE, COMMERCIAL, OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTS AIDOL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time through product controls. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal risk, or service wind-down. After termination, sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to those mandatory rights.
